Know yourself through your voice.
Transform the way you live and relate to your cat.

EMBODIED VOICE is the practical application of the A³ Method, a process of awareness, acknowledgement and conscious action that helps you regulate your nervous system and turn your voice into a tool for connection.

Your voice is part of your cat’s acoustic landscape. Every tone, rhythm and intention shapes the sound environment in which your cat lives and develops.

Sensory medicine integrates sound with other sensory stimuli to create a safe environment where your cat can feel secure, regulate and thrive. When you consciously shape your cat’s sensory space, you are also regulating your own nervous system. The bond transforms you both.

A³ RELATIONAL METHOD

AWARENESS

Become aware of what is happening in your body, your voice and your environment.

ACKNOWLEDGE

Recognise it without judgement. Name it. Allow it.

ACCEPTANCE

Accept what is present so you can regulate and act consciously.

From awareness comes conscious action.

A³ Relational Method

A space to work on your presence, your regulation and the sensory environment you share with your cat.

This is not about training the animal.
It is about working with the person: how you speak, how you regulate your emotions, how you hold boundaries and how you create a safe space without projecting tension, fear or confusion into the bond.

Through the A³ Relational Method — Awareness, Acknowledge, Acceptance — we activate the voice and other sensory tools to transform the acoustic and emotional landscape of your shared life.

Suitable if you are starting a new living arrangement, going through changes, supporting illness, or navigating end-of-life care.

Lullabies for Cats

Soft vocal pieces created to support cats through voice and presence. They do not always sound like a traditional lullaby, as they are shaped with rhythms, pauses and tones designed to encourage heart-rate synchronisation and a shared mental state between you and your cat, while supporting nervous system regulation.

They can be used as guided listening or as a foundation for singing with your own voice, helping you sustain an atmosphere of calm and connection during moments of stress, change or heightened sensitivity.

EMBODIED VOICE WORKSHOPS

Group workshops to explore and develop the use of your voice in expression, communication, and presence.

We work with functional singing tools and classical vocal technique, breathing, and different forms of vocal expression to understand how each person uses their voice and how it can be expanded.

These are spaces for exploration where we understand vocal mechanics, experience resonance in a group setting, and discover the real impact the voice has on the nervous system and the environment.

A gathering to activate the voice as a core axis of communication and personal growth.

Next workshop: 29 March 2026 · Espai Flor de Lotus · Inca, Mallorca

Songs with a Story

A musical proposal where each song carries a story and a context that sustains it beyond the lyrics. It is not just about performing music, but about opening up the process behind it: where it was born, what question it raises and which emotion runs through it.

Between songs and storytelling, voice and guitar create an intimate and close space where listening becomes part of the experience. The music does not stand alone, but is woven together with its meaning, origin and journey.

It is a format to listen, feel and understand the work as a whole: word, sound and presence within the same encounter.

Amaya Espindola

Singer, Vocal Coach, Healing Voice Practitioner, Holistic Feline Veterinarian — and a few other things that are not relevant here.

I did not always listen to my voice.

Many times I pushed it into the background while I studied, worked and built my professional life. But it was still there. It returned whenever I felt disconnected, tired or unsettled inside.

I sang alongside everything else, almost as a basic need. It was how I regulated myself, regained focus and found direction again. Over time I understood that it was not something secondary; it was a core capacity. My voice improved the way I communicated, sustained energy, related to cats and supported complex processes.

It took time to recognise it and give it its place. When I did, many pieces began to fall into place.

Here I share how that journey unfolded.
